Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.

The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives under pressure, loves sports, and can develop high-impact visuals within minutes - not days. 

You’ll be our go-to for quick-turn social graphics that stop people mid-scroll, plus premium branded assets that make our brand and paid campaigns pop.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn breaking news into visuals fast: live sports, political moments, cultural shifts.
  • Design social graphics, templates, and paid ad campaigns that feel native to the platforms.
  • Build premium creatives for launches, partnerships, and high-visibility brand moments.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with social + content teams to move from idea → live post in real time.
  • Push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years designing for sports, fantasy, betting, or media brands (bonus if PrizePicks, Underdog, DraftKings, FanDuel, Bleacher Report, etc.).
  • Portfolio that shows fast-turn creative and polished campaign work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + Figma.
  • Obsessed with sports + tuned into the political/cultural news cycle.
  • Comfortable working at startup speed: scrappy, resourceful, quick to ship.
  • Paid performance experience.
  • A sixth sense for what trends on X/Twitter.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing in high-growth, scrappy teams where speed mattered more than polish (but you can still polish when it counts).
  • Motion graphics skill
