Kapitus is looking for a creative self-starter to join our Marketing team as Lead Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of Kapitus' brand marketing initiatives across customer advocacy, online reputation management, digital PR, creative asset development, and brand communications.  Working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing, this individual will help bring brand programs to life, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and at a high standard.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building meaningful brand experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Online Reputation & Customer Advocacy

 

  • Support the Director of Brand Marketing in the execution of Kapitus' online reputation management strategy.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews across Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, BBB, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate review-generation initiatives designed to increase review volume and improve customer ratings.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing customer concerns surfaced through reviews and customer feedback.
  • Track and analyze customer sentiment, recurring pain points, and positive feedback trends.
  • Prepare regular reporting and insights related to customer reviews, ratings, and reputation performance.
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives including testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlights.

 

Brand Asset Development & Creative Project Management

 

  • Serve as the day-to-day project manager for brand asset development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders to produce:
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Sales collateral
    • Digital advertisements
    • Downloadable Resources (eGuides, strategic playbooks, educational kits) and downloadable resources
    • Infographics
    • Digital tools
  • Manage our employee swag and partner gifting programs
  • Manage project timelines, approvals, revisions, and production schedules.
  • Help ensure all materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Assist in building, organizing, and maintaining a centralized brand asset library to ensure employees, partners, and vendors have easy access to current, approved brand materials.
  • Assist in establishing processes and governance for asset version control, naming conventions, usage guidelines, and periodic content audits to maintain brand consistency and reduce duplication.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in existing brand materials and help prioritize the development of new assets that support sales, marketing, customer experience, recruiting, and partner initiatives

 

Video Marketing Support

 

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and production of video content.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication for:
    • Customer case studies
    • Testimonial videos
    • Social media videos
    • Educational content
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external production vendors as needed.

 

Research & Digital PR

 

  • Support the execution of Kapitus' research and digital PR initiatives.
  • Coordinate the development of surveys, industry research projects, benchmark reports, and data-driven content campaigns.
  • Track earned media coverage, backlinks, referral traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with SEO, content, and brand teams to maximize the impact of research-driven campaigns.

 

Team Leadership

 

  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload management for one full-time and one part-time coordinator.
  • Delegate projects and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support employee development through regular feedback, training, and mentorship.
  • Help to foster collaboration and accountability across the team.
  • Inspire and create a motivating environment through coaching, mentoring, and enablement
  • Provide opportunities to participate in both formal and informal developmental activities
  • Working with senior leaders and department head, set expectations for all team members and hold employees accountable for results
  • Lead hiring, performance management, compensation, and evaluation of team members
  • Collaborate with Kapitus leadership and HR to continually refine and modify career growth and succession plans to meet changing business needs

 

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, customer marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Superior project management skills with an exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, industry contacts and colleagues.  
  • The ability to connect with individuals on both a personal and professional level 

 

Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes:

  • Competitive Base Salary Range of $68,700 to $110,200. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience
