Our Product Marketing team is dedicated to driving growth, innovation, and customer success by showcasing the value of Karat’s products and empowering our go-to-market teams to achieve excellence.

What you will do

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own strategic initiatives that define the Company’s market presence and drive business outcomes. You'll develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies while serving as a trusted partner to Company executives and stakeholders across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing functions. This role requires deep market understanding, strategic thinking, expert communication, and a strong product sense.

We are looking to hire for this position out of Mexico. Working hours will predominantly be local core hours with required internal meetings that align with various timezones in India and the U.S.

  • Own end-to-end product marketing strategy for key product lines, leading positioning, messaging, & go-to-market initiatives that support new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute content and enablement strategies, creating executive-level presentations, compelling narratives, and sales frameworks that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Provide executive-level deal support, partnering with senior leaders to craft winning strategies and materials that accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between the Product and Revenue teams, driving product-market fit through through deep market insights and customer empathy.
  • Own competitive intelligence strategy, building frameworks to analyze market dynamics and presenting recommendations that influence product positioning and roadmap.

The experience you will bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success developing and executing GTM strategies for B2B/enterprise products or services
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through strategic marketing initiatives, with experience successfully launching products and driving adoption in enterprise markets
  • Experience supporting strategic enterprise deals, including executive presentations, RFP responses, and high-stakes customer meetings
  • Excellence in stakeholder management with demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around common objectives and drive consensus among senior stakeholders
  • A talent for storytelling—whether in written materials, presentations, or conversations—combined with an ability to distill complex ideas into engaging, customer-centric messaging
  • Proactive, independent operator who is willing to be hands-on and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams with a history of delivering impactful results
  • Advanced experience creating marketing collateral, with a preference for experience using Google Suite.
  • Expert fluency in written and spoken English
