What you will do

As a Director of Partner Success at Karat, you will serve as the strategic relationship lead for IT Service Providers in India participating in Karat's Partner Talent Solution program, working directly with senior GCC and delivery center leaders to build conviction in Karat's value and help partners achieve stronger talent outcomes. This is an individual contributor role; the strategy and direction are set in close partnership with Karat's SVP of Go-to-Market, and your job is to bring that strategy to life on the ground in India with credibility, consistency, and commercial instinct.

This role will require up to 20% travel for strategic face-to-face meetings with enterprise prospects and industry events.

  • Foster strategic relationships with India-based IT Service Provider (ITSP) partners, serving as the primary external point of contact across onboarding, adoption, performance, and long-term growth.
  • Execute the partner engagement strategy set by Karat's GTM leadership, translating direction from the SVP of GTM into consistent, high-quality partner interactions and measurable outcomes.
  • Influence senior GCC and delivery center leaders on how partnering with Karat strengthens hiring quality, improves candidate readiness, and helps partners differentiate in the market.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and activation, ensuring a strong launch and building the foundation for measurable, long-term engagement.
  • Monitor partner adoption, usage, and performance trends; identify risks and opportunities; and proactively surface recommendations that improve partner outcomes.
  • Serve as a high-credibility representative of Karat in onsite and executive touchpoints, building trust with senior stakeholders and helping them understand the strategic value of deeper engagement.
  • Translate field insight and partner feedback into clear, actionable input for GTM leadership; contributing to how the partner program evolves over time.

The experience you will bring

  • 8+ years in a partner-facing, client-facing, customer success, or account management role; ideally in IT services, staffing, enterprise technology, or talent solutions
  • Proven ability to build credibility with and influence senior stakeholders, including GCC leaders and delivery center executives
  • Strong executive presence; polished, persuasive, and comfortable leading onsite and virtual conversations with senior leaders
  • Experience articulating business value in a way that drives action; connecting a solution to outcomes like talent quality, partner differentiation, and placement success
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic relationships while maintaining operational rigor across a portfolio of partner workstreams
  • Strong analytical instincts; able to interpret performance data, identify patterns, and turn insight into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Karat credibly across both executive and day-to-day interactions
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and a bias toward driving outcomes within a defined strategy

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
