We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Ops Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product teams. In this pivotal role, you will unify cross-functional teams through optimised processes and tools, foster organisational alignment, and ensure data is accessible and actionable. Additionally, you will provide insightful reporting on cross-team initiatives, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline Processes and Tools: Develop and implement standardised processes and tools to enhance collaboration and productivity across product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Manage Sprint Cycles: Prepare and facilitate sprint release ceremonies, including organising necessary materials and coordinating Sprintly Sprint Demos.
  • Track Cross-Team Initiatives: Facilitate the tracking of cross-team initiatives to ensure visibility and alignment on key projects and priorities.
  • Prioritize Projects: Conduct monthly prioritisation reviews and project assessments to ensure initiatives meet discovery, security, and other critical criteria.
  • Conduct Operations Research: Lead operations research projects by interviewing stakeholders to identify pain points and gather best practice insights, forming a backlog of actionable items.
  • Maintain Data Standards: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for all events, establishing and enforcing event and property naming conventions standards.
  • Enhance Analytics Systems: Improve product analytics systems to support and advance our data-driven culture.
  • Manage Voice of Customer: Oversee Voice of Customer systems to ensure product teams receive valuable insights from sales, customer, and support touchpoints.

About You

  • 5+ years in product operations, project management, or a related field within the SaaS industry supporting operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement cross-functional processes and tools that enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • Strong expertise in creating and maintaining data dictionaries, standardising event naming conventions, and ensuring data cleanliness.
  • Experience in coordinating and tracking cross-team initiatives focusing on alignment and strategic prioritisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with the software development cycle and accurately describing the progress and blockers of teams. 
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
