About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving Kard’s brand awareness and top-of-funnel leads for our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, startup experience, and be skilled in developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility. Utilize various platforms such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all marketing channels. Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and engages our target audience effectively.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows. Ensure seamless integration of these events into the overall marketing strategy to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, working closely with the sales team to tailor campaigns that address the specific needs and pain points of these accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to support overall company goals and ensure marketing efforts are aligned.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Act as a custodian of Kard’s core values and nurture a workplace where innovation thrives on diversity of thought and experience
  • Travel to attend annual and semi-annual company meetings, and as needed by your job responsibilities
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (we use Pardot) and CRM systems (we use Salesforce).
  • In-depth knowledge of adtech and performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work 8 hours during core U.S. business hours between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m
  • Ability to be on camera, distraction free and actively participate during meetings

Remote - USA Pay Range

$141,000 - $148,000 USD
