- Partner with External Manufacturing and Technical Operations to align CDMO execution activities with approved demand and supply plans.
- Lead scenario planning for demand changes, manufacturing delays, batch outcomes, inventory needs, capacity availability, and launch readiness.
- Turn complex planning data into clear recommendations, dashboards, and decision points for cross-functional planning and governance forums.
- Improve how planning gets done by strengthening templates, assumptions, reporting cadences, data quality, and planning tools.

- 10–12+ years for Director level in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, clinical supply, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles.
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another regulated life sciences environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical-stage supply chains, outsourced manufacturing networks, CDMO/CMO coordination, and planning across drug substance, drug product, packaging, labeling, testing, release, and distribution.
- Ability to build forecasts, supply plans, inventory scenarios, planning dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support cross-functional decisions.
- Clear communicator who can influence without direct authority and partner effectively with technical, operational, financial, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline required; advanced degree, MBA, or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a clinical-stage, pre-commercial, launch-stage, or rapidly scaling biotech/pharma organization.

- Experience with ERP, planning, inventory visibility, IRT, dashboarding, or analytics tools.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being built.
Exact Compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
