As the Human Resources Generalist , you will play a role in managing various HR functions, building strong processes in recruitment, operations and organisation development and influencing the culture of the organisation. 

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in Human Resources. 
• 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Awareness of using HRMS systems and managing full employee life cycle
• Proven experience in employee onboarding and compliance related tasks 
• Proven experience in implementing initiatives building and influencing  organisation culture 

 

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of compliance and payroll 
• Experience in performance management

• Detail oriented ensuring record keeping and confidentiality 
• Passionate about building teams and problem solving on an everyday basis
