As the Human Resources Generalist , you will play a role in managing various HR functions, building strong processes in recruitment, operations and organisation development and influencing the culture of the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Human Resources.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment or HR operations
- Awareness of using HRMS systems and managing full employee life cycle
- Proven experience in employee onboarding and compliance related tasks
- Proven experience in implementing initiatives building and influencing organisation culture
Good to have:
- Basic knowledge of compliance and payroll
- Experience in performance management

- Detail oriented ensuring record keeping and confidentiality
- Passionate about building teams and problem solving on an everyday basis
