The Outreach Manager is a pivotal role focused on fostering strong relationships with communities, grassroots NGOs, and other stakeholders. The candidate will lead efforts to initiate, maintain, and strengthen partnerships while ensuring impactful community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse communities. 
  • Design and implement outreach programs that align with the organization’s mission.
  • Ensure active participation and engagement from the community in various initiatives.

2. Partnership Development:

  • Identify, initiate, and establish partnerships with grassroots NGOs and other organizations. 
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including pitching, negotiations, and closure.
  • Maintaining a database of existing and potential partners ensures strong and sustainable relationships.

3. Communication & Coordination: 

  • Develop clear and effective communication strategies for outreach activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals with broader organizational objectives.

4. Strategic Relationship Management:

  • Foster long-term relationships with partners by understanding their needs and delivering value.
  • Regularly update partners on the progress and outcomes of collaborative initiatives.

5. Database Management:

  • Create and maintain an organized database of partners and key stakeholders.
  • Track outreach activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with community-based programs and grassroots NGOs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to initiate and successfully close partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and database management skills.
  • Prior experience in NGOs or community engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software to maintain partnerships and manage data.
