As a Senior Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a purpose-driven, high-performing organisation. They will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across diverse teams-from technology and engineering, to operations and delivery, to specialised leadership roles that drive Karya’s mission and growth. 

While hiring will be the core responsibility, you must also be comfortable taking on projects beyond Talent Acquisition when needed, contributing to broader people initiatives and organisational priorities with agility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment for roles across Tech, Sales, Product, Research and more. 
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using multiple channels. 
  • Run interview processes smoothly, ensuring timely feedback loops. This includes conducting interviews when required and coordinating technical rounds. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and timelines.
  • Drive a warm, inclusive, values-aligned candidate experience at every stage.
  • Provide market insights and candidate availability trends.
  • Support campaigns, events, and content that showcase Karya as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and databases and actively work towards improving all hiring systems, workflows and documentation. 
  • Support onboarding, org wide events, culture initiatives, or people projects as needed.
  • Step into areas outside TA when required to support additional projects. 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Not-for profit, corporate, startup).
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and networks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience hiring for multiple functions including technology and research roles. 
  • High ownership, organisation, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A passion for purpose-driven work, social impact, and ethical hiring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
