Launch Marketing Coordinator

Remote - Philippines

About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.

This is a remote contract role based in the Philippines. The position requires overnight hours, generally Tuesday through Saturday, to align with U.S. business hours.

The Role

The Launch Marketing Coordinator will own Marketing & Distribution readiness for every new property we bring online. This role is equal parts project manager and marketing strategist — you'll build the playbooks, run the timelines, and contribute to the broader Commercial Plan development to ensure that on day one of every opening, Kasa is positioned to win in that market.

You'll work closely with Revenue, Sales, Launch, and Portfolio Operations teams while serving as the Marketing & Distribution lead in the cross-functional launch process.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Project Management for Marketing & Distribution

  • Serve as the Marketing & Distribution DRI for all new property openings and transitions
  • Build and manage launch project plans covering OTA listing setup, property naming conventions, unit detail accuracy, and channel distribution readiness
  • Coordinate OTA listing transfers; ensure all listing content (descriptions, amenities, policies) meets Kasa standards before go-live
  • Track launch readiness milestones against a defined pre-opening checklist; flag risks and blockers early
  • Run regular cross-functional launch syncs with Revenue, Ops, and Distribution teams
  • Support move-out and brand transition processes, including historical guest communications and vanity site coordination

Marketing Readiness at Launch

  • Develop and execute on a pre-opening marketing playbook covering launch PR strategy, opening events and local activations, local partnership and influencer outreach, SEO and listing optimization, and paid media recommendations for launch windows – all tailored to the property profile
  • Ensure all marketing assets are ready at launch: listing copy, photography, promotional materials
  • Own the post-launch retrospective: what worked, what didn't, and how we improve the next playbook

Commercial Plan Coordination

  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Management to develop property-level commercial plans:
    • Run comp set analysis and define market positioning
    • Identify key demand segments (corporate, group, extended stay, leisure)
    • Define go-to-market plan by segment (align opening rate strategy and recommended channel mix with launch marketing strategy)

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations / coordination, brand launches, or project management – ideally in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle brand experience, or a multi-location consumer business
  • Exceptional project management skills — you build clean trackers, set realistic timelines, and hold cross-functional teams to them
  • Commercial fluency — you understand how positioning, pricing, and channel mix decisions interact, especially at launch
  • Familiarity with OTA and distribution platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, GDS) and how listings drive conversion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace; Kasa opens multiple properties per quarter
  • Collaborative by default; this role requires trust-building with Revenue, Ops, and Distribution peers daily

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
