Corporate Housing Coordinator

Remote (Philippines)

About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Housing Coordinator to support the housing team in achieving revenue goals and service metrics within a corporate housing environment. This role manages the full sales process—from handling incoming leads and developing proposals to coordinating bookings, executing leases or contracts, and supporting billing.

In this remote position, you will report to the Associate Director of Housing and collaborate closely with the sales tam while serving as a liaison between Sales, Reservations, Billing, and Operations. You will ensure clear communication, smooth coordination, and a seamless client experience from inquiry through stay completion.

About the Team

The Sales team is dedicated to growing revenue at Kasa through all channels, as well as growing Kasa as a distinguished accommodations brand. Our mission is to build a distinctive brand that has direct relationships with guests.

A Day in the Life – Corporate Housing Sales Coordinator

This role focuses on three key areas: driving sales, leveraging tools and processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will manage incoming leads and own the full sales cycle—from inquiry to proposal, booking, lease or contract execution, and billing. This includes understanding client housing needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience through move-in and departure. You may also conduct research to support new business opportunities.

You will maintain accurate records, manage contracts and financials, and use internal systems to support efficient sales processes. As the primary billing contact, you’ll ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation.

Success in this role also means building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams through clear, professional communication and a high standard of service.

Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate housing, sales coordination, or a similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client housing needs and translate them into tailored proposals and housing solutions
  • Experience sending proposals, responding to client inquiries, and managing client expectations with professionalism and urgency
  • Ability to execute and manage the full sales cycle, including drafting leases or contracts and overseeing associated financials
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail across multiple client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships in a remote work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple placements and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service standards
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn property management, CRM, and financial systems
  • Experience with database management and maintaining accurate client, property, and financial records
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet occupancy, revenue, and client satisfaction goals
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and own the client experience from inquiry to move-out

Plus if...

  • You've worked in corporate housing, relocation, or extended-stay accommodations, with a strong understanding of client expectations and industry standards
  • You've worked in the hospitality industry
  • You have experience with various CRM software

In one year, you will succeed at Kasa by having:

  • Consistently managed active corporate housing placements, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication with clients and residents from booking through move-out
  • Maintained strong attention to detail to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and month-end financial reconciliation across corporate housing accounts
  • Partnered with Operations and property teams to provide complete client and stay details, ensuring a high-quality, service-driven resident experience
  • Acted as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, contributing insights and collaborating across departments to improve processes and drive results

Our Interview Process

We like to do things a little differently for this role. The first step for all candidates is a short Vervoe assessment, which takes about 45 minutes to complete. It’s a great way to get a feel for the day-to-day work, and it also helps us see your skills in action beyond what’s on your resume.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
