About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.

This role is fully remote and US-based. We’ve listed a location because some job boards require one.

About the Role

As a Process Automation Specialist at Kasa, you will play a central role in driving operational efficiency through intelligent automation and process improvement. You'll work cross-functionally to identify, design, and implement automated solutions that reduce manual workload, eliminate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity across all departments—from Operations and Guest Services to Finance and Human Resources.

This role sits at the intersection of Engineering and Business Intelligence, bridging technical implementation with business impact. You'll partner closely with department leaders throughout the organization while collaborating with our engineering team to build robust, scalable solutions. You'll contribute to initiatives that streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, reduce human error, and unlock new opportunities for scalability through smarter process design and automation.

A key focus of this role will be leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and modern automation technologies to transform how we work. You'll identify high-impact opportunities where AI-powered solutions can replace manual processes, enhance decision-making, and create more efficient operations that allow our teams to focus on higher-value work.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
