We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director of Implementations to lead our implementations. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex client implementations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across processes and teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of subrogation service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Provide leadership and direction to managers and senior-level professional staff.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Mentor and develop team members to support career growth and organizational success.
  • Strategic Ownership:
    • Own and optimize the end-to-end implementation process, from client onboarding through go-live.
    • Develop and execute functional, market-level, and site-specific strategies aligned with broader business goals.
    • Establish and manage production and organizational priorities to meet client and business needs.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges that span beyond the immediate team.
    • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
    • Ensure implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Impact:
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Make product, service, and process decisions that impact entire functions and key customer accounts.
    • Serve as a key escalation point for high-impact implementation issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B implementations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS industries is a plus.
