Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Build, maintain and improve products, together with your team, across 7 brands and 60+ domains
• Collaborate with different team members across the company to support the business goals
• Implement feature refinements and track outcome using A/B testing
• Work with PMs on spec reviews and data analysis
• Track important metrics such as revenue and sessions, and contribute to data-informed decision-making
• Locate and eliminate sources of recurring issues
• Steer architecture towards performance, quality, reusability
• Help the technical team grow via mentoring, code reviews and short presentations

Please apply if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Web Development
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less)
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one Back End technologies: Java or C#, MySQL, Python (optional)
• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of software design principles
• Experience writing unit and E2E tests
• Openness to technical improvements across all layers (UI, Cache layer, SQL, Elastic, etc.)
• Skills to debug effectively in a full-stack environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working model, working at least three office days per week

Compensation

Base pay: 2700 EUR - 3990 EUR gross monthly.

Bonus part:

• significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent annual salary;
• Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20.000 USD (before taxes) with possibility to get it every year.

The salary range provided is not final and will be discussed during the process based on your skills and experience.
