
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Kaunas office. We expect to meet at the office 3 days a week.
In this role, you will:
- Build, maintain and improve products, together with your team, across 7 brands and 60+ domains;
- Work with various stakeholders in the company to drive business vision;
- Implement feature refinements and track outcome using A/B testing;
- Work with PMs on spec reviews and data analysis;
- Follow KPIs (revenue, sessions, etc.) and be part of the data driven decision making process.
- Locate and eliminate sources of recurring issues;
- Steer architecture towards performance, quality, reusability:
- Help the technical team grow via mentoring and code reviews;
Please apply if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Web Development;
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less);
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with server-side technologies such as Java, Node.js, C#, and MySQL.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and software design principles;
- Experience writing unit and E2E tests;
- Openness to technical improvements across all layers (UI, Cache layer, SQL, Elastic, etc.);
- Strong English communication skills;
- Skills to debug effectively in a full-stack environment;

Compensation
Base part: 3333 EUR to 6600 EUR gross monthly.
Bonus part:
- significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent annual salary;
- Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20.000 USD (before taxes) with possibility to get it every year.
The salary range provided is not final and will be discussed during the process based on your skills and experience.
