
Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Kaunas or Vilnius office. We expect to meet at the office 3 days a week.
In this role, you will:
- Build new features and products for our affiliates;
- Maintain and enhance existing APIs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration;
- Support existing affiliate integrations;
- Follow KPIs (revenue, sessions, etc.) and be part of the data driven decision making process;
- Locate and eliminate sources of recurring issues.
Please apply if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in Web Development;
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less);
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Back End technologies: Java, Spring, MySQL;
- Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of software design principles;
- Strong knowledge of OOP patterns and API design;
- Experience writing unit and E2E tests;
- Openness to technical improvements across all layers (UI, backend, SQL, Elastic, etc.);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Fluent English communication skills;
- Skills to debug effectively in a full-stack environment.

Compensation
Base pay: from 2700 EUR up to 3990 EUR gross monthly.
In addition:
-Significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent of annual salary.
-Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20000 USD gross, with possibility to receive yearly refreshes.
The salary range provided is not final and will be discussed during the process based on your skills and experience.
