KAYAK is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee investment and execution of digital campaigns within North America, with a primary focus on YouTube. The role is based within the global Performance marketing team and will involve close collaboration with the NORAM Brand Marketing team.

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage and support paid media activities and brand campaigns across United States and Canada - predominantly video on Youtube (via Google Ads), with potential involvement in Meta and TikTok as a supporting function

  • Collaborate with the North American Brand Marketing team to align strategies, messages, creatives, and important metrics

  • Run campaign tests, analyze data, and leverage insights for optimization

  • Develop clear, insightful performance reports across platforms, and regularly communicate findings and optimization strategies to collaborators and team members

  • Contribute as part of a global Performance marketing team, sharing insights, best practices and being involved in understanding the relevant digital marketing developments in our other regions as well

  • Keep up with the latest Digital marketing trends

  • Travel to off-sites or our Stamford, CT office a few times a year

 

Please apply if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in working with Google Ads or DV360, ideally with Youtube being a substantial part - either from an agency or an in-house team

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Capability of balancing urgent priorities with strategic long-term objectives

  • Natural collaboration and bridge-building skills; experience working with individuals of varying fields: creative, production, analytics etc.

  • Experience with running & analyzing Social-first content across Youtube Shorts, Reels and TikTok is a plus

  • Experience in working with and analyzing Brand lift and Reach & Frequency reports is a plus

  • Experience from Meta, TikTok, PPC and Display is a plus 

  • Strategic individual with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Highly analytical, comfortable with campaign reporting and attribution models

  • Extensive experience in managing digital campaigns in a hands-on fashion and creating both in-depth and higher level reports that analyze and showcase their performance

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $75,000 – $90,000 annually, pro-rated for a 9-month contract.
