Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Latin America Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. The Latin America Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the region, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base across manufacturing, mining, energy, utilities, and O&G targets across Latin America.
  • Prospect, cultivate and manage relationships with existing key accounts, resellers, distributors, and strategic partners to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and market trends, providing insights to enhance our market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, including product management, marketing, and customer support.
  • Support Latin American deployments.
  • Support Strategic Accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer success.
  • Represent KCF Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American market dynamics, with experience in selling technical solutions.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time - within the Latin America region
  • Either United States or Mexico-based
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
