Summer 2026 Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in St. Louis, MO in Summer 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead campus recruitment projects including engineering and construction management fall career fair research, swag and storage management, sourcing students on LinkedIn, etc.
  • Assist in compiling campus recruitment best practices research and creating recommendations based upon findings.
  • Support Talent Acquisition team with summer intern program events.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested.
  • Conduct resume screens and phone screens for candidates across various roles and assess candidate fit.
  • Assist with sourcing efforts and build talent pipelines using a variety of tools and our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR team with projects as needed.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for various assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or other closely related degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
