Summer 2026 Marketing Internship

Keeley Companies is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Team in Summer 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications | 70%

  • Work closely with the Director of Communications and Communications Manager to execute internal and external marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Drive communications with all Keeley Companies interns and encourage involvement and participation in events, learning opportunities, health & wellness challenges, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of the marketing strategy for recruiting 2023 interns including project management of all aspects including career fair marketing, collateral, website updates, video, etc.
  • Project manage the creation of videos as necessary.
  • Assist Communications Coordinator in all internal communications efforts.
  • Work with Communications Manager to evaluate various marketing analytics (websites, social media, Google analytics, internal eBlasts, etc.) by compiling data and creating reports & presentations.
  • Shadow and assist the Director of Communications in the creation of strategies for internal engagement efforts and external Marketing & Communications efforts.
  • Assist in other Marketing & Communications related functions as necessary.

Event Support | 10%

  • Plan and execute summer #KeeleyCares service or charity event with all interns and drive participation with other Keeley’ns.
  • Support Corporate Events Planner in the execution of events as necessary including on-site support, event set up/breakdown, offsite vendor relations, etc.

Administrative Support | 20%

  • Provide administrative support to the Communications Department including printing, shipping, organization, etc.
  • Participate in all initiatives across the marketing department and provide support to all marketing team members as necessary.
  • Shadow members of the marketing team to learn about roles and provide support wherever necessary.
  • Participate in Intern Feedback Session at end of summer to provide feedback on internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data.
  • Creative thinker who implements.
  • Relationship builder who collaborates and works well with diverse personalities.
  • Intuitive listener who writes well and articulates ideas clearly.
