Keeley Companies is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, storage solutions, databases, and networking resources.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud usage to control costs by rightsizing resources and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Use cloud monitoring tools such as SolarWinds to track the performance, availability, and security of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor system and network performance using dashboards, logs, and alerting tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain on-premises infrastructure, including physical servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and network equipment.
  • Install, configure, and administer networking hardware such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
  • Manage and maintain core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure reliable WAN/LAN operations across all locations.
  • Implement and manage solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Plan and execute upgrades to hardware, software, and firmware components to keep infrastructure current and secure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure administration, network administration, or related IT roles.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure services (VMs, storage, networking, Azure AD).
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services.
  • Experience configuring and supporting enterprise networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points).
  • Proficiency with infrastructure monitoring platforms, with a preference for SolarWinds.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Experience managing backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
  • Experience applying security patches and updates to systems and network devices.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • Cisco CCNA
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
