Construction Surveying Internship

Keeley Construction is looking for a Construction Surveying Intern to join our Quality Group in Summer 2025.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide surveying insights to assist with multiple construction projects, including layout and elevation data.
  • Communicate and verify that subcontractor field work aligns with surveying specifications and standards.
  • Work closely to provide accurate, up-to-date site information and ensure survey data is integrated into project planning.
  • Ensure surveying tasks are completed on schedule, updating project timelines as needed based on survey results.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project progress, surveying requirements, and any adjustments based on site data.
  • Oversee and execute assigned surveying tasks and projects, maintaining accuracy and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
  • Results oriented and organized multi-tasker.
  • Problem solver with innovative ideas.
  • Self-starter and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Desire to learn multiple tasks.
