Payroll Specialist

We are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Keeley Construction:
    • Process all new hire and re-hire paperwork daily.
    • Process all terminations weekly.
    • Process time entry from Procore, HH2 and Timesheet Macro weekly.
  • Assist with certified payroll and IRA auditing.
  • Manage Payroll email inbox.
  • Respond to verifications of employment as requested.
  • Review regular reporting sent from My Assistant and other sources, for updates to payroll processing.
  • Provide regular reporting as requested, i.e. PTO, Man hours, etc.
  • Compile and provide certified payroll reports as required by job.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified payroll experience required.
  • Construction payroll experience required.
  • IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) familiarity preferred.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
  • Experience with Timberline/SAGE 300, payroll is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within accounting field.
