Job Title: Paving Groundman
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Department: Civil TX Division – Paving Team

Overview:
Keeley Construction is seeking a motivated Paving Groundman to join our Civil TX division in New Braunfels, TX. This role is essential to supporting the paving team, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding high safety and quality standards on every project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, inspection, and maintenance of paving equipment and tools.
  • Prepare worksites for paving operations, including clearing debris, marking areas, and implementing safety measures.
  • Provide general support to the paving crew, including monitoring depth, directing trucks, and assisting with equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure paving operations meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites to maintain a secure working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or paving operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with paving equipment and tools, including setup, maintenance, and operation.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
