Location: New Braunfels, TX
Department: Civil TX Division – Paving Group

Overview:
Keeley Construction is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our Civil TX division in New Braunfels, TX. This role focuses on operating skid steer equipment to support paving operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate skid steer equipment to perform various tasks, including grading, excavation, leveling, sweeping, and material transportation.
  • Transport equipment and materials as needed, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on skid steer equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with the paving team to execute projects according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Operate additional attachments and implements, such as buckets, forks, and sweepers, as required for specific tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating skid steer equipment in construction or a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and equipment operation best practices.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred but not required).
