Assistant Project Manager (Civil)

Keeley Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Civil team in New Braunfels, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work and correspondence between all project team members.
  • Manage all documentation related to construction project.
  • Assist in bid solicitation, estimate functions, and estimate takeoffs.
  • Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Document and communicate scope changes and other related project impacts to project team.
  • Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process. 
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring EVM and production rates. 
  • Distribute construction documents to subcontractors.
  • Collect and prepare all required project close-out documents.
  • Prepare correspondence with owner, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, which include: schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information, transmittals, and submittals. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting similar responsibilities as listed above.
