Our Milling Services Group in Phoenix Arizona is looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process weekly certified payroll
  • Schedule equipment delivery to jobsite and equipment logistics
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external team members.
  • Communicate effectively with customer to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build self-preform cost estimates for projects.
  • Develop, revise, and oversee schedule, quality, risk management, and financial requirements for assigned projects exercising independent judgment to revise such as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Process vendor billing and invoices among project completion
  • Maintain team member files.
  • Manage daily job paperwork.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Assess project risks and address potential problems and hazards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Similar preferred
  • Minimum of five years project management experience
  • Scheduling and dispatch experience
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products
