Laborer – Sealcoat | Paving Division
Keeley Construction

Keeley Construction is looking to add dedicated and hard-working Laborers to our Paving Division, specializing in sealcoat operations. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with little to no experience who are eager to learn and contribute to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of sealcoat work including prep, application, and clean-up.

  • Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, raking, and shoveling to support paving and sealcoat crews.

  • Operate small tools and equipment including blowers, squeegees, and spray systems.

  • Help with setting up and removing traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist with equipment cleanup.

  • Follow all Keeley Construction and OSHA safety standards.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

  • Show up on time and ready to work each day.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record—no DUIs in the past three years—as the role may require operating a company vehicle.

  • Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
