
Administrative Assistant - Part Time

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, thrives on accuracy, and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general filing and maintain organized digital job files
- Accurately enter data into company systems and databases
- Assist in preparing and completing weekly reports
- Maintain and update the bid schedule regularly
- Provide support to estimators with administrative tasks
- Ensure timely and consistent documentation and follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
