Assistant Account Manager

We are looking to hire an Assistant Account Manager for our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. This position provides excellent customer service to existing and new customers and acts as the liaison between clients and our internal team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to team members and customers
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of two years of experience supporting similar primary responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Timberline & Salesforce experience a plus.
