Combo Welder – Gulf Coast Industrial Team
Our Gulf Coast Industrial team is seeking skilled Welders with experience performing high‑quality welding on commercial projects. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of welding procedures, various welding techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse field conditions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality welding on commercial projects with minimal guidance
  • Read and interpret isometrics, construction drawings, and welding specifications
  • Weld in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead, flat) on various joint designs
  • Coordinate and requisition materials as needed
  • Prioritize tasks according to the project schedule
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Produce final welds that meet internal quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to pass qualification testing (2” monster coupon 6010/7018 and 2.5” stainless 316 GTAW)
  • Skilled in various welding techniques and operation of welding equipment
  • Must have personal basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company)
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and tight work areas
  • Must be available to work all shifts
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check 
  • Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Ability to tolerate working in hot environments and maneuver in tight or elevated areas
