About the Role

Keeley Construction is actively seeking skilled and dependable union craft professionals across multiple trades to support our growing field operations. This role is designed to align experienced candidates with the appropriate craft, crew, and project needs across all divisions.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with strong construction backgrounds who value safety, reliability, and collaboration in a fast-paced field environment.

Appropriate craft placement
Project and crew alignment
Work availability and scheduling

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on assigned craft but may include:

Performing general job site labor, maintenance, and setup
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assisting with material handling, equipment support, and site preparation
Supporting traffic control and maintaining job site safety
Executing physical tasks such as lifting, raking, shoveling, and sweeping
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Following direction from foremen and site leadership
Communicating effectively with crew members and supervisors
Adhering to all Keeley Construction and OSHA safety protocols

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years of construction or related experience
Trade-specific experience preferred based on craft selection
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus where applicable)
Clean driving record (no DUIs within the past 3 years)
Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt across job functions
Must pass pre-employment assessment and drug screening

Work Conditions

Physically demanding, hands-on field environment
Exposure to various weather conditions
Extended periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
