We are currently seeking an Asphalt Laborer to join our Paving Group in Phoenix, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to asphalt paving, patching, prep work, and sealcoating, including surface preparation and material application.
  • Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and other small equipment to support paving and sealcoat crews.
  • Assist with the application of sealcoat, including spreading, edging, and ensuring proper coverage and a quality finish.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
  • Operate small power tools when required.
  • Safely direct equipment operators to support proper alignment, movement, and placement of materials.
  • Help set up, relocate, and remove traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety standards, maintaining strong job site awareness.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent communication with team members and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, with asphalt paving and/or sealcoating experience preferred.
