Branch Manager (Concrete Restoration)

Keeley Restoration Services is looking for a Branch Manager to join their concrete restoration team in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.   
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.   
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue.   
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.   
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, crews, and support staff.   
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment.   
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.   
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality concrete restoration solutions.   
  • Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors.   
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions.   
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress.   
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Owner Contracts, the Front Ends, and the Drawings and Specifications.   
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of ten years of experience performing the primary responsibilities listed above.    
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.   
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.   
  • Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and restoration methodologies.   
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
