ABOUT KEEL INFRASTRUCTURE CORP

Keel Infrastructure Corp (NASDAQ: KEEL) is a New York-headquartered, pure-play developer and owner of data center and energy infrastructure purpose-built for high-performance computing and AI workloads. With a secured pipeline of up to 2.2 gigawatts of power capacity and established grid interconnections, KEEL operates strategically located campuses across Pennsylvania, Washington State, and Quebec — in constrained, high-demand markets where our megawatts carry genuine strategic advantage.

Our approach is deliberate: we secure the right sites, align power and infrastructure, and execute with precision — enabling the world's most advanced AI and HPC platforms to deploy compute faster and at scale. We build infrastructure that lasts, and teams that do the same.

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEEL Infrastructure Corp is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-calibre administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. This is a critical and highly visible role at the centre of a company undergoing significant growth and strategic transformation.

The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the executive leadership team — ensuring seamless daily operations, coordinating Board of Directors engagement, managing complex global travel programmes, and delivering flawless event execution. This role demands outstanding judgement, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate at pace in a dynamic, high-stakes digital infrastructure environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Diary Management

  • Manage the complex, often-overlapping schedules of the CEO, CFO, and COO, exercising sound independent judgement in prioritisation and conflict resolution
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, board presentations, investor communications, and executive correspondence
  • Screen and manage executive inboxes; draft and review communications to a consistently professional standard
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings — including with investors, utility partners, government bodies, and hyperscale customers — ensuring all parties are fully briefed in advance

Travel Management

  • Arrange complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel itineraries for the executive team, spanning KEEL's North American campus portfolio and key financial and technology hubs
  • Prepare comprehensive travel packs and ensure contingency planning is in place for all trips
  • Manage travel budgets and reconcile expenses in line with corporate policy

General Executive Support

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information — including matters relating to capital markets, M&A, and strategic partnerships — with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Manage expense reporting and invoice processing for the executive team
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders — including investors, regulators, and major utilities — on behalf of the leadership team
  • Support onboarding logistics for senior hires and Board appointees as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or equivalent senior leadership in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrable experience supporting a Board of Directors or working in a governance-adjacent capacity, ideally within a publicly listed company
  • Prior experience in digital infrastructure, real estate development, energy, financial services, or a similarly complex, high-growth corporate environment is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with board management portals an asset
  • Experience managing complex international travel logistics across multiple time zones and jurisdictions

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure without compromising quality
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to represent the executive team externally with confidence and polish
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters relating to a publicly traded company
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented; anticipates needs and acts ahead of instruction
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all outputs
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with key external partners

WHAT KEEL OFFERS

  • A competitive total compensation package commensurate with experience and NYC market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company contribution
  • Paid vacation and public holidays in line with corporate policy
  • Equity participation — share in the growth of a company at an inflection point in digital infrastructure
  • A high-performance environment with genuine access to and respect from the senior leadership team
  • The opportunity to play an integral role in a company building the foundational infrastructure for the AI era

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
