We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!

 

Purpose of the Role

The Project Coordinator for the Sharon Infrastructure Project is responsible for establishing, governing, and executing the project access controls strategy across the Sharon data center Project. This includes oversight of access to the site, deliveries and project logistical risk, cleanliness, site security control for construction, safety orientation for workers, and supporting the Senior PM as needed and weekly project reporting for these items. 

The Project Coordinator of Sharon Infrastructure is a construction coordinator who drives consistency, reduces risk and ensures that the organization maintains strong commercial management discipline across the Sharon project.

You will be on the front lines representing professional leadership and providing information and direction to those who are new to the site.  You will ensure all who enter the site have been badged and participated in the safety program and have the necessary PPE and sticker identification showing their participation in our safety program.

You will engage in the community by participating in community programs and development that better the community and represent Keel Infra’s commitment to the community wellbeing.   

Key Responsibilities

Project Controls Governance & Strategy

  • Develop and own the Sharon Project Access Controls strategy for Keel Infra data center build.
  • Establish standards, processes, and tools for access to the site and control risk management as it pertains to the site and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between construction, deliveries, procurement, and operations functions.
  • Work with your Senior PM to implement a detailed project delivery methodology, including commissioning plan with L0–L5 requirements.

Cost Management & Financial Oversight

  • Track changes and work with cost management team to gain approval to support your Senior PM while confirming finance is aware of changes and contractors are forecasting their spending with changes included.

 

 

 

Schedule Management & Project Planning

  • Project planning and logistic planning with equipment deliveries and coordination with riggers with deliveries.

Reporting, Analytics & Executive Communication

  • Provide daily reports of manpower by company and safety incidents daily for weekly reporting.
  • Work with peers to implement integrated reporting systems, tools, and workflows (e.g., Procore, P6, Smartsheet’s, Power BI, SharePoint).

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with leadership to manage relationships with owner reps, consultants, and external project controls partners.
  • Partner closely with project peers to align on project outcomes.
  • Assist Senior PM with Oversight of A&E firms, GCs, commissioning agents, and vendors with respect to controls standards.
  • Support regulatory, permitting, and utility coordination as required for cost and schedule tracking.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5 years of experience in construction,
  • Background managing project tasks and controls, contractors, and external consultants.
  • Previous experience with working in a team environment to support company outcomes

Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding cost management tools, project controls systems, and scheduling software (Smartsheet’s, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding data center design and construction requirements: electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, power systems, structural and civil packages.
  • Electrical safety protocols current NFPA70

Leadership & Competencies

  • Standard-level communication skills.
  • Ability to scale processes across multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability across internal and external project teams.
  • Highly focus on disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Professional position offering competitive compensation commensurate with experience including a base salary, bonus target, and equity.

Key Success Metrics

Performance in this role will be evaluated against the following outcomes:

  • Schedule adherence — Assist Senior PM On-time delivery of major project milestones from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
  • Budget performance — Assist Senior PM Management of the project budget within approved variance thresholds, including rigorous change order control and cost forecasting accuracy.
  • Safety record — Zero lost-time incidents on site; full compliance with corporate and AHJ safety standards across all contractor and vendor teams.
  • Quality outcomes — Facility delivered to Keel Infra design specifications and critical infrastructure standards, with complete documentation and as-builts at handover.
  • Commissioning readiness — Successful L0–L5 commissioning execution and timely system handover to operations teams.
  • Stakeholder confidence — Clear, consistent, and accurate reporting to the SVP, Construction and senior leadership; strong working relationships with the owner’s rep, GC, utility partners, and municipal stakeholders.
  • Risk management — Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks ahead of critical path impact.

 

Work Arrangement

  • Location: Sharon, PA
  • Schedule: On-site 5 per week.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other Keel Infra sites or vendor/partner locations as required.
