Keeper is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role will be based in Japan and will focus on driving affiliate marketing efforts across the APAC region. Candidates must be able to work from our Tokyo, Japan office for eligibility.

About the Role
For this Affiliate Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners across the APAC region. You’ll drive partner acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all affiliate communications. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day needs and growth of the affiliate program, which is inclusive of
- evaluating, forecasting, and executing current and new revenue driving opportunities
- Collect and distribute assets to publishers, adding screenshots of ongoing placements to the calendar/tracker, and auditing current campaigns to make sure they are live within the network and on publisher sites
- Manage weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth and exposure opportunities
- Develop and deliver weekly performance reports during internal meetings, highlighting progress against goals, key affiliate placements secured, and upcoming promotional opportunities
- Book upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budget
- Communicate in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing
- Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively reach out to and follow up with potential partners on a daily basis
- Manage operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset management
Requirements
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing strategies
- Must be bilingual in Japanese with English proficiency for business purposes, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and publishers, specifically within the APAC region
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Comfortable presenting performance updates and insights to stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Internal:
- HR, hiring managers, interviewers*, IT support for system administration

Third Parties:
Service providers who assist with:
- Applicant tracking, recruitment systems and assessment providers
- Background verification vendors (post offer)
- Recruitment agencies (where applicable)
- Tools to support communication, collaboration and to securely store your data
Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
When you request access to your personal data, some information may be redacted if it includes the personal data of other individuals or information that we must protect in order to preserve their privacy rights.

Keeper does not make hiring decisions using solely automated processing.
