About the Role
The Senior Manager, Consumer User Acquisition will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in driving new consumer user growth across all paid digital channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at hands-on campaign execution, and has a proven track record of efficiently acquiring users at scale. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize large-scale digital user acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video and mobile app channels
- Own daily performance management, including budget allocation, bid strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing and pacing
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments to improve CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS and full-funnel performance
- Analyze performance across channels and present insights, forecasts and recommendations
- Collaborate with design teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and assets across text, image, video and landing pages
- Identify, test and scale new channels and opportunities to expand user acquisition efficiently
- Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, privacy policies and competitive trends to continuously refine channel strategy
- Maintain acquisition dashboards, KPIs and weekly reporting with full accountability for CAC, spend efficiency and user growth targets
- Partner with analytics, product, web and marketing ops teams to ensure accurate attribution, event tracking, pixel configuration and reporting
- Ensure all campaigns align with Keeper’s brand standards, consumer messaging and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing, digital advertising or user acquisition for a consumer SaaS, app or subscription product
- Proven success directly managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and at least one additional platform (programmatic, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to scale spend while maintaining strong CAC, ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios
- Deep expertise in acquisition funnel optimization, landing page testing and creative experimentation
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Singular, Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tools
- Highly data-driven with the ability to build models, analyze trends and develop actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting performance updates to senior leadership
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, web, design and analytics teams
- Ability to prioritize, move quickly and thrive in an environment with aggressive growth targets
- Cybersecurity or privacy industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
