As a Senior QA Analyst focused on Privileged Access Management, you will validate complex workflows that span cloud infrastructure, identity providers, CI/CD systems, and enterprise operating environments. - Validate PAM functionality across Windows, Linux, databases, and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Identify, document, and validate defects, collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolution
- Execute security-focused validation workflows to ensure expected access controls, policy enforcement, and audit behaviors
- Perform reliability, stress, and fault-tolerance testing for PAM services and workflows
- Analyze logs, errors, and system behavior to diagnose failures and identify root causes
- Contribute to automated test coverage in collaboration with engineering teams
- Recommend improvements to enhance product usability, resilience, and security
- Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and reproducible steps
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in privileged access and secrets management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years focused on security, PAM, or infrastructure-oriented products
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management, and enterprise security practices
- Experience testing integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD systems
- Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to read and reason about code in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or .NET for validation purposes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, product, and security teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native or serverless environments
- Familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices
- Experience with scripting languages or test automation frameworks
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Benefits
- Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)
- Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life
