- Track engineering dependencies, technical risks, blockers and delivery status across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Maintain clear visibility into roadmap execution, release readiness and customer commitments for leadership and stakeholder teams
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure decisions, dependencies and follow-up actions are clearly documented and assigned
- Coordinate release planning, validation, readiness reviews and handoffs across Product, Engineering and QA teams
- Identify process gaps that create delivery friction and work with teams to improve execution, communication and operational efficiency
- Support prioritization discussions by providing clear information on dependencies, delivery risk, engineering capacity and customer impact
- Develop and maintain program metrics, status reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into roadmap progress and issue resolution
- Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve technical analysis, documentation, issue summarization, status reporting and workflow efficiency

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines
- Experience coordinating complex customer escalations or production issues involving multiple engineering teams
- Ability to read and understand technical requirements, architecture discussions, logs, API documentation and engineering tradeoffs
- Strong understanding of Agile software development, release management and software delivery processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, executives and customer-facing stakeholders
- Proven ability to bring structure and accountability to ambiguous or rapidly changing technical initiatives
