Senior Paid Media Manager

Keller Postman is seeking an accomplished Senior Paid Media Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing marketing team. This individual will bring extensive experience in purchasing and managing digital advertising space, particularly within the B2C arena, and will be skilled in creating dynamic content that amplifies campaign impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, including Meta, YouTube, Native, and Display networks, aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Media Buying & Management: Oversee the acquisition and management of digital ad space, ensuring optimal placement and performance. Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible rates and positions.
  • Creative Development: Spearhead the design and execution of high-impact ad creatives across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization for performance, engagement, and conversion
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign data, making data-driven decisions to refine targeting, creative, and budgeting for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize large-scale budgets (six figures and above) with precision, ensuring that every dollar is maximized for the highest possible ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, formats, and targeting strategies. Apply learnings to enhance future campaigns.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms. Identify and recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance and expand market reach.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce detailed, actionable reports that track campaign performance against key metrics. Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, providing guidance on future media investments.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all advertising practices adhere to legal requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines. Promote best practices across the team to maintain the firm’s reputation for integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, with a minimum of 2 years focused on B2C campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing large monthly budgets (six figures and above).
  • Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience in graphic design, with 2+ years of practical application.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
