Arbitrations Analyst – Intake Department

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Arbitrations Analyst to join the Data Integrity team housed within the Intake Department at Keller Postman. As a vital link between attorneys, operations, and technology, you will manage the data integrity of existing and incoming arbitrations and evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement with data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and the client experience. This role focuses on data auditing, optimization, and analysis; interfacing across verticals; and process documentation to support the firm's objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and skilled at translating business needs into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Integrity:
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, such as case management systems, client databases, and financial records.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving operational performance.
- Clean and append client data based on needs of attorneys and operational leaders.
Process Improvement:
- Propose and implement optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in planning and tracking projects related to arbitrations and arbitration client intake.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed functional requirements for process improvements, data discrepancy resolution, or efficiency enhancements.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Sigma to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through data visualizations.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to gather requirements, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution conventions and process.
Problem-Solving:
- Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement practical solutions.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with large-scale data auditing, with a strong preference for experience in the legal field.
- Familiarity with CRM – Salesforce is a plus.
