Job Description
As a Destination Expert, you will start off in Kensington's training program where we teach you about consultative sales, the world of luxury travel and designing tailor-made tours. This three-month coaching and development program will teach you how to work closely with high-net worth clients as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice and curating bespoke travel itineraries around each traveler's unique preferences.

What You'll Do:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel aspirations and carefully craft personalized luxury itineraries
- Act as a trusted advisor offering recommendations based on firsthand experiences/tried-and-tested products/experiences
- Manage your sales target by meeting and exceeding your KPIs
- Work collaboratively with our partners to ensure every guest's trip is executed seamlessly
- Address client concerns, handle negotiations and identify opportunities to enhance a guest's trip
- Provide every client with white-glove service to ensure every trip exceeds expectations
