About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordination Intern to support our Project Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing project logistics, tracking performance, and ensuring quality delivery. You’ll play a key role in keeping project efforts on track and helping ensure successful outcomes across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and information
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  •  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Track project performance and analyze key metrics
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels
  • Interest in project management, operations, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
