What You’ll Do 

As a BI/Data Analyst Intern, you'll work with our Analytics team to uncover insights that drive business growth and optimize client experiences in the luxury travel space. You’ll dive into data using tools like SQLPower BI, and Excel, and get the chance to contribute directly to dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making. 

You will: 

  • Extract and manipulate data using SQL and/or Python 
  • Build visualizations and interactive dashboards in Power BI Desktop and Microsoft Fabric 
  • Support performance tracking by developing KPIs and report automation 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and uncover trends 
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions through critical thinking and hypothesis testing 
  • Learn how to work with stakeholders across departments to understand goals and communicate insights 

What You Bring 

  • Interest in data analytics and solving real business problems 
  • Comfortable working with SQL for data extraction and Excel for analysis 
  • Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools (academic or personal projects welcome) 
  • Willingness to learn Pythondata modeling, and Microsoft Fabric if not already familiar 
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation for this position is $20.00/hr.

The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
