Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Partner Relations – Procurement team as an intern supporting all three of our supply verticals: DMCs, Hotels, and Cruise. Our teams are responsible for account management, rate competitiveness and negotiation, business development, and procuring the right connectivity solutions across these supply partners. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how a leading luxury travel company manages, analyzes, and grows its supplier partnerships across multiple travel verticals. You'll work closely with the Partner Relations teams to support day-to-day activities, contribute to rate competitiveness and negotiation analysis, and help identify new business development and connectivity opportunities across Hotels, DMC, and Cruise.
Responsibilities:
- Support account management of supply partners across Hotels, DMC, and Cruise, including relationship tracking, partner database hygiene, and processes
- Assist with business development efforts, including researching prospective supply partners, contacts, and destinations across all verticals, and helping evaluate new partnership opportunities
- Support rate competitiveness analysis, including competitive shops, market benchmarking, and research to help inform contract negotiations
- Assist with slide development and materials for business reviews and partner meetings and help prepare and organize materials ahead of partner meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up trackers
- Analyze supply and market dynamics to help build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape across Hotels, DMC, and Cruise
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure negotiated rates drive both profitability and customer value.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Finance, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of, or interest in, analytics, sales, and account management
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets, proficiency with Claude/ AI a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive self-starter who isn't afraid to improvise or make independent decisions when needed
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to help design strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and long-term value creation
- Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven environments where priorities shift based on market conditions
- Computer and technically savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
