This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days a week in office, located in Downtown Toronto.
The Opportunity
Kensington's Integrated Marketing team drives brand, content storytelling, community engagement and lead generation as a cohesive effort across all products. This role joins the team, turning the annual business and marketing goals into campaigns and sales enablement programs that deliver measurable business results, collaborate across marketing and Kensington's lines of business teams to ensure that we are collectively driving results across our marketing channels and introducing custom campaigns when needed.
You'll bring hands-on experience from luxury marketing, where the audience is discerning, the product is considered, and brand consistency matters at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Campaign Planning & Lead Generation
- Plan, build and execute customer-centric campaigns across Kensington Villas, Yachts, Expeditions Kensington Private Client and support launching new travel products for our affluent audience, against annual lead generation goals.
- Establish KPIs and report against lead generation and engagement goals, using data-driven analytics to drive optimizations and pivots as a true business partner to the line of business teams.
Sales Enablement & Business Results
- Build sales collateral and tools that support converting leads to travel bookings in an approach that is thoughtful and considerate for our customers and as efficient as possible.
- Partner with sales teams to identify where marketing can remove friction and accelerate the path from lead to booking.
Content & Community
- Partner with the creative and marketing owned channel teams to produce relevant and compelling content across social media, video, CRM, webinars and experiential, to drive community engagement, education and leads.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with marketing operations, creative team, the marketing channel leads to ensure we drive the most effective business impact leveraging these always on programs and ensure we are true to the Kensington brand.
- Partner with business stakeholders across Kensington’s products to ensure integrated plans reflect each product's priorities.
How Success Is Measured
Success is measured by your contribution to direct-to-site organic leads, lead-to-booking conversion and cost effectiveness, social and webinar engagement, alongside the measurable impact of your sales enablement work on bookings and revenue.
What You'll Bring
- 10 years in digital, CRM, webinars, social and experiential ideally in luxury or travel.
- Direct experience building sales enablement tools or collateral that drove measurable business results.
- A track record of managing campaigns against clear KPIs and adjusting course based on performance.
- Comfort managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once, with strong attention to detail and brand.
- Confident thinker and doer with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
- Experience in leveraging AI to streamline marketing efforts and build efficiency.
- Comfort with performance data and reporting against clear KPIs.
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $70,000 to $90,000.
