The Retail Media Client Solutions Associate Director will manage a small team of digital media experts and be accountable for the success of one or more client relationships. As a client leader, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals and successful delivery of marketing/media services specific to Retail platforms.
As a people leader, you’ll manage and guide a team that is actively using data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns from the ground up. In this exciting role, you will inspire your team to constantly deliver excellence, campaign innovation, and tangible business impact for clients.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a strategic expert on retail media, inclusive of Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, and other retail media networks - leading the team (internal and client) through retail media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of marketing/media services for assigned client(s), understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies across retail media networks to address these areas
- Support partnerships with retail media technology platforms (e.g., Pacvue / Skai), providing input to strategic partnerships and innovation opportunities
- Manage 5–10+ Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers who are responsible for campaign strategy and execution across retail media search, display, and onsite placements
- Codify and share best practices across teams and retail media partners
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance and retail media advertising
- Deep understanding of retail media strategies across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, and similar networks, including campaign design and measurement
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5 or more, both directly and indirectly
- Experience working with tools such as Skai, Pacvue, Helium10, or similar retail media management platforms (preferred)
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
- Strong ability to create, build, and leverage relationships and effectively interface with client leadership
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable using Excel for data analysis with understanding of advanced analytic approaches
- Ability to contribute as a leader in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details

Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($5,250 - $6,250)
- Target Total Cash: $110,250 - $131,250
