Summary:
As a Senior Data Strategy & Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality data delivery, improving reporting frameworks, and supporting deeper analysis to inform internal decision-making. This role builds on strong data foundations and introduces more advanced analytical thinking, while maintaining a focus on scalable execution and operational excellence.
You will work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to enhance data processes, support performance analysis, and contribute to more efficient and data-driven decision-making across accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Manage digital media, third party, and client data across multiple clients.
- Lead data ingestion, QA, transformation, and validation processes for complex datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, Looker, Power BI) aligned with business needs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve data discrepancies, tracking issues, and reporting gaps.
- Support the analysis of performance trends, helping internal teams better understand drivers and areas of opportunity.
- Contribute to deeper analyses and structured approaches that inform optimization and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver clear, actionable outputs.
- Collaborate closely with US-based leads to gain exposure to client needs, business context, and performance drivers.
Contribute to automation of reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. - Support improvements in data processes and help identify opportunities to streamline operations.
- Develop an understanding of how data flows across systems and support data integration efforts.
Collaborate with technical teams to support data-related initiatives and troubleshooting. - Help standardize data workflows, documentation, and best practices across accounts.
Gain exposure to more advanced methodologies (e.g., testing approaches, structured analyses) as part of ongoing development. - Develop strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms, data structures, and internal tools.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in data, analytics, or digital marketing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous or undefined challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL and strong Excel or GSheets skills (mandatory).
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Experience building dashboards or reporting solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level).
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
- Exposure to AI tools or a strong willingness to develop skills in AI-driven solutions and automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or related fields.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Datorama, Looker, Power BI).
- Exposure to digital marketing or media analytics.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts, testing methodologies, or performance analysis frameworks.
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python).
- Interest in more technical aspects of data (e.g., data pipelines, data architecture).
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
